Great experience

I ordered the IPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Premium, I was reluctant to buy it refurbished...I expected the worst when it arrived and the reality is that it was not. The box was already open but the mobile was impeccable, new without using the colour Titanium Natural was a beauty, the battery 100% amazing camera, etc.. I was very surprised that it came with the official box and had the charging cable and the pin. And the most surprising thing is that it arrived in 3 days. I changed my IPhone 16 base for this one and the truth is that I don't regret it. I am very happy with the order, my first purchase from Back Market and it may not be my last.

Like everyone else, I read the reviews on the forums before ordering. I had serious doubts about the quality of the reconditioning, and was afraid of receiving a phone with a non-original or worn-out battery, a non-original screen, scratches etc... I ended up being tempted by a good promotion on an iPhone 15 Pro in "Perfect condition". Two weeks after the purchase I am really very satisfied with my experience. The phone arrived perfectly. The follow-up was top notch. When I unpacked it, I was very apprehensive but everything was OK. It was a bit dirty around the power and sound buttons, but a wipe with a tissue and it was clean. The cosmetic condition is beyond reproach. The battery is at 91%, which is more than acceptable for a refurbished iPhone. The iPhone comes from the USA but that's not a problem, as frequencies in France are well covered. In short, I'm very satisfied with my experience so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. Just so you know, don't forget to check out the refurbisher. The one I chose had a score of +4.7.

Really excellent, I was very reluctant to go through refurbished, I fell on this offer in premium that is really in mint condition, no trace of wear on the device. The only comment I would add is that it's a shame we don't have a listing of what could have been serviced or replaced on the iPad. At the top

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished phone, and frankly, I don't regret it at all. The phone arrived like new: no dents, no scratches, no problems and the battery is 100%! It looks like a phone straight out of the box.

As usual for me on Backmarket, the product arrives very quickly, as advertised and works perfectly. The last iPhone I bought here worked for 6 years. I only had to change it because of the impossible updates that were blocking the applications. Thanks again for the top quality refurbished phone!

Fast and accurate delivery: parcel arrived on time, well packed and without any problems. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is a really good product: solid, elegant and with a very high quality screen. Performance is fast and fluid, and the camera delivers excellent results for both photos and videos. The battery life is also more than satisfactory.
