Product classified as Excellent. In fact, the product, a Cecotec Conga 3090 robot hoover, was presented in new condition, never used. Supplied with all accessories, manual and packaging. Very good value for money. I didn't know about the BackMarket purchasing platform, which was a pleasant surprise for me.

I am very happy with this smartphone. but not with the deliveryman because he put the phone in a letterbox when normally it is delivered against signature and moreover he put it in a bad letterbox fortunately I have nice neighbours in short satisfied with back market and very disappointed with the delivery company

In the box the robot hoover came with the brush in place when it is normal for it to come unplaced and come with two brushes and not just one. I would be grateful if you could include the missing brush in the new order of 2 robots 3090 that I have just placed with you. Thank you

This is my first purchase of a robot hoover and I have to say that it's literally changed my life! It took me a bit of time to link the hoover to the app, but once I'd done that I could manage the robot remotely. Positive points: you set the time and day with the programme you've chosen, you can follow the robot's plan, and a big strong point that I appreciate is that it passes the canvas. Negative points: sometimes it has trouble returning to the base on its own or goes round in circles for a while. Sometimes when I get home I have to put it back in the base.

My partner and I are super happy with the purchase. The robot came in the original box, with all the accessories and instruction manual. We have been using it for about 2 months and it works perfectly, except that sometimes when filling the water tank it leaks a little, but apart from that, nothing bad to note. I highly recommend it!

The skate goes very well, but had some defects like some bumps, scratches, and brake discs a little bent but otherwise all good.

The product arrived in its original packaging, with instruction manual and some unused accessories. defects: - some minor scratches on the surface. - a broken pivot on the hinge of the water tank hinge, which does not prevent it from opening. after using it for a week, when I turn it on, the robot turns on itself and runs backwards, it stops, the red light comes on and it beeps 3 times. I have cleaned the whole robot, all its parts, but it still does not work.
