Product compliant and functional after update, nothing to report on the technical side. However, the level of reconditioning is disappointing: the glasses had not been reset, were still displaying user data from the previous owner and were not up to date at the time of receipt. The battery also had 57 charge cycles. Back Market customer service was courteous and responsive, but no commercial gesture was offered despite these factors. Areas for improvement: preparation and checking of products before dispatch.

It is in perfect condition works extremely well and has a very long lasting charge I do 25 km every day to go to work and it only uses a fifth of the battery I am fascinated with this skateboard thank you very much.

I am very happy with this smartphone. but not with the deliveryman because he put the phone in a letterbox when normally it is delivered against signature and moreover he put it in a bad letterbox fortunately I have nice neighbours in short satisfied with back market and very disappointed with the delivery company

Product classified as Excellent. In fact, the product, a Cecotec Conga 3090 robot hoover, was presented in new condition, never used. Supplied with all accessories, manual and packaging. Very good value for money. I didn't know about the BackMarket purchasing platform, which was a pleasant surprise for me.

The phone itself is fine, but I can't connect my bluetooth headset. I've tried again and again, disconnecting and reconnecting, resetting the headset, restarting the phone... after 1 minute it tells me Connected (without media)... Which doesn't help much. Especially as media is allowed. Apart from that I've had a bug too, one day it lost 60% in an hour on the bus when I hadn't even used it, not even for music (I'd used the old one). So I admit it's quite strange. Even today I haven't used it, it's in aeroplane mode, charging overnight, and I'm at 78% when I really haven't done anything on it. Apart from that the delivery went really well. If you have any explanations/solutions for these bugs, I'd love to hear them, because at the price it cost, I'd really like it to work.

Goods are as described. The dispatch took a little longer. It was not recognisable when ordering that the device would be delivered from Spain. I am satisfied with the quality of the device. The battery could last a little longer.

My partner and I are super happy with the purchase. The robot came in the original box, with all the accessories and instruction manual. We have been using it for about 2 months and it works perfectly, except that sometimes when filling the water tank it leaks a little, but apart from that, nothing bad to note. I highly recommend it!
