Good condition and works perfectly. One very small drawback was that the screw for attaching a second NVMe was missing inside. But I was pleasantly surprised that an NVMe was already installed - I had expected a SATA SSD. The description was a bit inaccurate. All in all, I am extremely satisfied.

So far, no glitches, I use it mainly for programming and it's perfect. The seller was correct, he said there was serious wear but there's just a small scratch on the screen that's only visible when the screen is in full white. It's not annoying at all. The delivery was quick and the parcel was very well packed. I would recommend the seller.

After having consistently had super good experiences here when buying other devices, I now tried out a monitor. What can I say? Very fast delivery and I am completely satisfied with the monitor. I can only recommend Backmarket.

I am very satisfied. Everything went smoothly, laptop was delivered earlier than stated and as described. There was a small problem with the Windows activation, but the dealer helped me within a day.

The key to the dock lock (which was not actually promised) was missing. The docked ThinkPad T490 kept "complaining" about the charger not being powerful enough. I got a 135 W charger and the complaints stopped. Otherwise OK all in all.
