    I received my phone, an iPhone 13, and at first everything worked perfectly. After 4 months, a component of my phone began to burn inside the phone and burned the screen at the same time. I sent it back for a screen replacement under warranty, and it replaced the screen with one of very poor quality (poor colour, poor brightness, etc.). After that I realised that the phone was overheating enormously, especially when charging, and an overheating message appeared every time. So I sent the phone back several times (3 times) to ask for a refund, but each time the seller sent it back without any change or refund. At the end of the 3rd return I noticed that the seller was saying that my phone had taken on water in order to blow the warranty and therefore get rid of my phone. He sent proof to BackMarket because he had added water to my phone himself. So now I have a phone with numerous problems and I can't do anything about it. I strongly advise against this seller: "PommeCare" who does a very poor job and I'm not the only one to whom this has happened. Thank you
