I bought an iPhone 11 on 02/03/2023, in perfect condition, nothing to say, I'm starting the reconditioning again. I felt like I was buying a brand new iPhone from Black Market, they're top notch.

Opinion about S20 FE 5G Dual SIM. The phone is impeccable. I recommend the "Excellent" option for buyers who want to avoid any defects in the terminal. I've had the model for a week now and the performance is optimal. The battery could last a little longer. It lasts on average a day and a half. I believe that this drawback is not the fault of the handset, but of Samsung. A very good buy overall.

I received my phone, an iPhone 13, and at first everything worked perfectly. After 4 months, a component of my phone began to burn inside the phone and burned the screen at the same time. I sent it back for a screen replacement under warranty, and it replaced the screen with one of very poor quality (poor colour, poor brightness, etc.). After that I realised that the phone was overheating enormously, especially when charging, and an overheating message appeared every time. So I sent the phone back several times (3 times) to ask for a refund, but each time the seller sent it back without any change or refund. At the end of the 3rd return I noticed that the seller was saying that my phone had taken on water in order to blow the warranty and therefore get rid of my phone. He sent proof to BackMarket because he had added water to my phone himself. So now I have a phone with numerous problems and I can't do anything about it. I strongly advise against this seller: "PommeCare" who does a very poor job and I'm not the only one to whom this has happened. Thank you

Good communication and speedy shipping. Unfortunately, the battery of my OP 9 pro runs out quickly. Otherwise, the condition of the phone is very good on the outside.

I received the device very quickly and it was exactly as described. The trade-in of my old device, at the price offered, makes it an excellent deal.

The iPhone is in a good condition, however, the battery is not original, and therefore I cannot see the battery health on my settings. For now the battery is okay, but it is something that worries me.
