I was rather wary of online refurbishing. But I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was very quick (only a few days), and the product was exactly as advertised. I'd definitely recommend it.

At the same time, I wanted to go for refurbished products, given the environmental problems, and I was very reserved and suspicious about the quality of these products. A friend invited me to go to backMarket. I think, without prejudging the future, that it was a good choice: price, delivery time, compliance with the order.

Back Market review - iPhone 15 Pro Max (Premium condition) I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max in Premium condition and, as I couldn't find many detailed reviews before my purchase, I'll try to give a full feedback. Unfortunately it is impossible to attach photos. 👉 If you don't have time to read everything: I highly recommend Premium condition. 📦 Delivery Fast shipping: ordered on Monday, received on Tuesday. 📱 Phone quality (Premium status). All Premium status commitments have been met: ✅ Screen: No scratches. ✅ Shell: No cracks, or even micro-scratches. The phone looked as good as new, as if it had never been used. Battery: Over 90% capacity (in my case, 97% and 246 cycles). ✅ Components: Checked with 3uTools, the battery and screen are original. So their commitment to 100% original hardware seems genuine. ➕ A little personal note: My iPhone was manufactured in December 2023 and its first activation was in January 2024, so it was still under Apple's warranty when I received it (for 5 days). ⚠️ Small downsides 🔹 Cleanliness: A crumb stuck in the front speaker. A bit of dirt around the photo lenses. 👉 Nothing dramatic, everything was cleanable, but it affected my first impress...

Ordered iPhone 15 and received it 2 days later via post.co.uk. All went according to plan. Ordered with new battery. It works fine. I immediately added a matching case with screen plastic and that also went fine, with cleaning wipes delivered with it. Thoroughly satisfied so far.

Nothing to complain about, satisfied with the computer, perfect condition, you hardly notice that it's reconditioned.

The phone was delivered to me in excellent condition, both cosmetically and electronically. Everything was perfect; the phone looks as good as new. I must also point out that the delivery was extremely fast, arriving in just one day. I have been using it for the last ten days and I must say that I have been completely fascinated by it. I would definitely recommend buying refurbished products, as I believe Back Market meets the highest standards for selling refurbished devices in top condition, I would also like to mention that the battery came in at 88% and lasts a long time on charge.
