Etat du matériel conforme à la description. Utilisable immédiatement. Mon utilisation d'un smartphone n'est pas intensive : le Galaxy S9 est parfait pour moi. Précis et réactif. Son appareil photo est excellent.

Premier achat "reconditionné" avec un Macbook Air. Très satisfaite du délai d'envoi (3 jours) et du produit en lui même qui est en très bon état et qui fonctionne parfaitement bien pour le moment. J'ai validé mon achat principalement pour le prix, je ne regrette absolument pas! Vous qui hésitez peut être encore, franchement, foncez! J'aurai du y aller bien plus tôt!

Not even 2 years ago I bought a 2018 MacBook Pro, guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Right from the start I was supplied with a lousy charger that made constant sparks and noises, I asked for a change and shortly afterwards same problem. Until today, when I turned the computer on, the screen went completely black and never came back on. I took the product to the nearest Apple service and was told that the screen was burnt out and repairable at a cost of over €600. I call it a scam to have spent more than €900 on a product that after not even 2 years has already stopped working, a scam that already started with the charger, which denotes the company's lack of seriousness and reliability. At my request for assistance, I was denied, so I will be forced to take legal action.

Produit très bien, correspond à la description, seul « icc » l’emballage un peu léger pour un produit de ce prix.. une boite tout simplement aurait été parfait (la il été juste coincé sous un plastique à même le carton..), sinon rien à dire je suis très contente de mon achat 😌💪🏼

Very good product, for the xr a bit expensive, But otherwise very good. Only one downside. I have received the product and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price. If you can solve this problem my opinion would be 10, thanks and best regards.

Console arrivée en super état, comme neuve, absolument aucun problème que ce soit coté livraison ou même utilisation ! C'était ma première commande sur le site, j'ai toujours été réticent à l'idée d'acheter un produit d'occasion/reconditionné mais la garantie (et maintenant la qualité du produit) m'ont fait changer d'avis :) Ce ne sera sûrement pas ma dernière commande sur BackMarket.

Le téléphone en lui même est très bien . C est juste dommage qu’il ne soit pas dans une boite dans la colis d’envois car c été pour offrir. Si non livraison très rapide. Et le téléphone fonctionne très bien

L'état décrit correspond à la réalité. Livreur DHL rapide (72h ouvré comme prévu) Tout va bien pour mon premier achat sur Backmarket ! A voir la charge de la batterie dans la durée. --- Après 5 mois, je me rend compte que le chargeur fourni est un générique mais surtout ne correspond à la charge qu'il faudrait pour une batterie de S9 =( La chargement/déchargement de la batterie est donc très variable et iinstable. Câble USB OK.
