I receive my phone in good condition as it is new. One time there was a problem with charging. I did not press the charging port properly and an error message was given when I tried to charge and did not charge. But when I reset the phone to return it, just before putting everything back in the box, I decided to test it one last time before sending it, and to my surprise, it charged normally without the usual error message. So I didn't return it. And it still works well and everything is in good condition

I bought it in "good condition" and I'm very happy with the iPad, there's just a mini scratch on the back but with the case you can hide it. I'm really pleased, there are no scratches on the screen! And it arrived very quickly (in 2 days).

Unlike my first purchase on this site, the tablet arrived very well protected in its packaging with cushioning etc... but in a shoebox, which surprised me a lot at first and so I unpacked the order at a relay point just in case! The product itself looks impeccable so far, just a big impact on the back of the tablet that impressed me a bit and made me doubt but it will be covered by a protection so it's not too serious! Hopefully the tablet will work properly over time, but we're very happy with our purchase! :)

Packaged in perfect condition and, in addition to the charging cable, it included the transformer, nice touch. The only thing I missed was the wire to open the SIM compartment.

Excellent service, iPad arrived before the scheduled delivery, it is a little dented at the back, but then again I chose the non excellent, so I find it correct, the screen is flawless, together I ordered a cover that was not the right size it was immediately taken back and a very quick refund was made.
