An excellent, high-performance device. A longer battery life would have been better for a device that uses a lot of energy, but with a suitable rapid charger it's quickly forgotten.

Product fully complies with the description. Happy with this purchase, which is not my 1st on Backmarket, There's nothing to complain about. We'll see how the battery performs over time, bearing in mind that it hasn't been replaced.

I bought two devices on Back Market, an iPad mini and an iPhone 13. Everything went smoothly and really well with the iPad. The device is flawless. There was a problem with the iPhone. The device was taken back within a few days and a new device was delivered. The Back Market Service provided exceptionally competent, fast and very friendly support. The iPhone also worked perfectly after the exchange and is in excellent condition. Overall, my experience with Back Market has been very good and I can recommend the platform without reservation.

It doesn't recognise the battery, and I get the message that it can't verify the percentage. When I bought it I was assured of 85%. I can't verify the percentage because it doesn't come out, it comes out as a dash - THIS IS WHAT COMES OUT IN BATTERY HEALTH.
