Product fully complies with the description. Happy with this purchase, which is not my 1st on Backmarket, There's nothing to complain about. We'll see how the battery performs over time, bearing in mind that it hasn't been replaced.

I bought two devices on Back Market, an iPad mini and an iPhone 13. Everything went smoothly and really well with the iPad. The device is flawless. There was a problem with the iPhone. The device was taken back within a few days and a new device was delivered. The Back Market Service provided exceptionally competent, fast and very friendly support. The iPhone also worked perfectly after the exchange and is in excellent condition. Overall, my experience with Back Market has been very good and I can recommend the platform without reservation.

The product I already have it in my hand and the truth that the state is very good, but, I bought it in excellent condition, in which according to the description arrives without any scratches on the screen and if it has a slight one. And on the other hand the order was made for home delivery and was left at a collection point.

Perfect delivery. I received the iPhone 12 in excellent condition but too bad the battery capacity is only 86%. I was willing to pay more for a battery in better condition. I'll have to get it replaced in a while...
