    The product received is functional, however I took the option in excellent condition and on this point I am not very satisfied. The screen is slightly scratched, there's a bit of paint missing from a button on the screen and it hasn't been cleaned since the previous owner. I have the impression that there was just a reset of the operating system and that's all. I also didn't receive the original accessories such as the silicone case and the stylus (I don't know if this was included in the original offer). I had arranged a telephone appointment with the after-sales service but they never called me. So for the price I'm pretty happy, but if I'd taken the option in average condition for £50 less it wouldn't be much different.
