The laptop arrived within a few days and I was kept informed at all times. It arrived well packaged and protected and even came with an Hp computer bag. It seems to work well, but my daughter has only tested it to do some office work. It has a small scratch on the screen but it is understandable for the price. If the performance and capacity of the computer in terms of processor and memory is good, it is a good buy.

Perfect delivery and the laptop came with mouse, charger and carrying bag (the size was bigger than the device). The laptop works well but it came without Office, which is an easy fix. Good buy 👍🏽

First of all I have to complain that it came with 4Gb of extra memory! moreover you can't see the slightest sign of wear or scratches on the chassis...it looks new....and then who asked you for the bag wasn't in the description! E C E C T I O N A L ! ! !

I am very happy with the product but have a question about how the VAT is not mentioned on the invoice and I really can't get in touch with any option.... There is no red contact button in the order and the options described to contact are not there. The help centre only has standard question and answer. Very frustrating....

Works perfectly and came with its own power supply (this was not mentioned on the advert). Just plugged it in.

Phenomenal. It was a gift for my daughter to do her SEPE courses and my 11 year old granddaughter for her little school work.

Very good product, very good value for money. Shipping was not very fast but a few extra days of waiting was worth it...

I loved it, it came in a wrapped box and inside it was with its case plus a mouse and its charger. It goes fast and the flap has a stripe that is almost invisible, I'm super happy.
