Super happy with this refurbished screen. The box arrived a little damaged but no harm done as the screen was comfortably wrapped in bubble wrap! The screen works well, looks like new and has no scratches. Very satisfied, and looking forward to buying refurbished ❤️

The PCpack seller dispatched the parcel on the day I ordered it, which I received the next day. The tower was well packaged and secured in bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box. I found the tower to be in very good condition, the reconditioning was well done, I just had a small problem with my DVD drive which wasn't playing anything, it turned out that it was just the Windows 10 DVD drive which wasn't activated, which happens with some versions of W10. All in all, very satisfied with my order and my PC. Very satisfied with the seller and thank you backmarket.

Very fast dispatch, but small problem on arrival, defective hard drive (possibly during transport). I sent it back the next day via the very efficient after-sales service. And 3 days later, the computer was repaired, received, plugged in and in use! Even though there was a false start, the very efficient after-sales service responded quickly to my problem. And very good value for money! A computer-screen-keyboard in very good condition for a very affordable price, and no waste, thank you refurbished!

Getting to grips with the equipment. As advertised. Except for stikers stuck on the keys. It seems important to be more precise on your site. Most Pc's are azerty, but not french so you need stikers for special characters. The battery is an important element and in my case it doesn't look very young. Others may have better luck .... depending on availability. Thanks to your reconditioners! Matthieu

One year after purchase, this computer is still as efficient and satisfactory as ever. I haven't had a single fault to report. The only thing to be aware of is that the WiFi functionality doesn't seem to be in the basic model, but is obtained thanks to a USB accessory supplied by the refurbisher. This accessory doesn't work on Linux, my default operating system, but it works quite well on Windows. For me, who prefers to connect my desktop with an Ethernet cable, it's acceptable. Finally, you'll need a VGA-compatible screen, or a VGA-to-HDMI adapter (which costs £4).

Order a laptop ( HP EliteBook 850 G3 15" Core i5 2.4 GHz - SSD 512 Go - 16 Go ) The device is perfect Received in 2 days perfectly packed in a cardboard box and huge bubbles in its bag with more bubbles. Thank you for your question, I must honestly improve the first opinion that I posted later and that I leave following that ofala same window, indeed on the subject of the battery a close family and expert since engineer and teacher in the field of data processing convinced me on test that my battery was not defective and what I hoped in term of daily durability was not reasonable. So despite the keyboard backlight issue and the pending upgrade to Windows 11, I decided to keep this PC. (first post... "Until this PC was put into service, everything was fine. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. Fast delivery, everything seems to be there. I know I'm buying a refurbished item. Well packaged, looks very good. But here is 0% battery, I charge at 100% and it's very fast, I install my personal apps and the discharge and very fast. Ouch! Fortunately I have a fairly limited need for this PC. But I'm worried. This PC is advertised as having Windows 11 installed, but it's running version 10. It's impossible to install it, and I'm still missing a few settings to finalise it, even though it was done by an IT professional. The battery still runs down very quickly. ...

I couldn't work out if I'd read the wrong connection name (HDMI) on the product, or if the one on it was an old version. But I found an adapter cable that did the trick with another input, so everything's fine....
