I am absolutely thrilled! My laptop even has a backlit keyboard and a touch display, although neither was mentioned in the description. The Windows 11 is also a clean new installation without any unnecessary tools. The battery still has 93% of its original capacity according to the Battery Report.

I am completely satisfied with my new laptop. It fulfils all my expectations and is a reliable device for work and leisure. I can recommend it to anyone who values quality and functionality. 👍👌

Technically 100% ok. Display, touch and keyboard great. The soft grip coating on the outside is scuffed. But who cares, not me. Battery has 92% and the SSD and thus the Ultrabook only 3600 operating hours. All in all, a great price-performance ratio.

The device was "excellent" as described, but is brand new and the box was still sealed by Lenovo. The SSD also had a single digit number of hours on the clock. After the very fast delivery, a company-specific installation of a company was pre-installed, which made it impossible to log in. But after complaining to the supplier, a Win11 image was installed and the defect was remedied. the return and second delivery then took a while. Gladly again

The keyboard works perfectly, only has (as expected) a small scratch on the top corner, which is not noticeable. Switching between devices is very easy and typing is very good.

The screen is perfect, just the tiniest scratch in one corner, basically invisible. Functionality perfect.

The device arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We couldn't find a single scratch despite a thorough inspection, respect... We also found it extremely pleasant that the operating system (Win 11) was not stuffed with annoying software. Only Norton was pre-installed, but it can be uninstalled without any problems. I'm in the process of choosing a new smartphone here :-) We have already recommended Back Market several times and will certainly remain customers. Keep up the good work...Greetings Katja and Frank
