I bought an ipad in "new condition" and without a doubt I got an ipad like new, the only detail that could betray the reconditioning is the box which is not original, for the rest I really feel like I bought a new product. I'm always delighted to buy from your site, never disappointed, I hope it lasts!

I was pleasantly surprised, firstly because the iPad arrived very quickly, and secondly because it arrived packaged in the original "Apple refurbished" packaging. The accessories are also Apple, and it's the first time this has happened to me when ordering refurbished. Almost 1 month of use and the battery is holding up very well, the iPad is as good as new! I highly recommend

A very good phone, perfectly reconditioned, everything works perfectly, looks like new, and even the battery has been changed, I can fully recommend reconditioned phones and this seller, 3rd experience on back market and I'm still not disappointed! Initially sceptical about reconditioning and second hand for technological products of this type, we were convinced in the end! We had a very good experience with Back Market: the emails relating to the order were regular and well received, the delivery was fast and the package very well packaged. As indicated, the tablet is as good as new and has no visual defects. It hasn't been used yet, as it was a Christmas present, so we're looking forward to the rest of this experience in a few days' time, with confidence. The tablet is presented in a box similar to that of a new one, with its charger. What a great experience! Thank you so much!

I have nothing to say about this first experience. Nothing but positive things! I heard about the site from a colleague who had already used it several times. Easy to use, great choice of products and 3 options on its condition... Choice of reconditioning company with advice and other information. I chose the "in perfect condition" option for my Galaxy Z Flip. I received it 4 days later and really wasn't disappointed! It's like new! There you go!

It's the first time I've bought on the back market and I'm really happy, I've been using my iPad Air 4 for a week now and it's really like new! Apple charger, Apple box, no scratches etc everything is perfect impossible to tell the difference with one bought in an Apple Store!

I bought an ipad pro 12,9 spacial grey colour excellent quality and I must say that I am impressed. First for the price and then for the quality of the product. It arrived in its original sealed box, without any sign of use. And when I say no sign of use, I mean nothing at all, impeccable. No wear, no scratches... nothing. The battery is at 100%. Of course it comes with its cable and charger plug.

Après l'achat de mon téléphone sans problème, un tout petit peu déçue par la description de l'Ipad reçu .... "comme neuf" alors qu'il y a 2 rayures sur le dos de la tablette. Mais bien sûr cela ne gêne en rien son fonctionnement. Cordialement
