I bought a product with the condition "good condition" but it arrived dirty and greasy. We'll see with time if the product was really in good working order. I'd be surprised if it had been checked.

I can't tell you the twists and turns of this order. Package arrived open after being declared lost for 1 month, and finally opened on the edge and different from the one that was sent. As a result, the package was returned under guarantee... And the package was lost again. Reimbursement finally made more than a month after my order... And today, a parcel was received at my home with the reason "recipient advised, not claimed within the time limit". And "Back Market" still tells me that my parcel has finally been received... Enough to write a novel... What's more, the second-hand product was finally €5 more expensive than the equivalent on A....N... Imagine what would have happened if I'd gone through this service for something I needed for work... That's it for me... Unreliable service and support too slow, with no real intention of finding a solution other than to save time...

⚠️ BAD DEALER ⚠️ I received a computer that was not at all as pictured. - Package badly packed. The computer was moving around inside. - No fingerprint reader although the photo had one. - The keyboard was QWERTY Sweden instead of UK. - I had the computer sent back, and the seller still hasn't collected the parcel a week after sending it, so I still can't get my money back. I strongly advise against this retailer.

The standard was fair and could be cleaner, I don't expect something new but it was clean.
