Well packaged and fast dispatch! The device only had a few clear scratches on the back of the screen but otherwise TOP. I was very pleased that a charger was included, because I was not aware that it was included :))

I am very happy with the Dell, I liked the fact that the computer was already pre-installed with Windows. The laptop is in really good condition. The battery gets the point deduction. It is rather weak. I've bought several refurbished laptops where the battery was weaker than new, but this one is particularly weak and lasts just under half an hour.

My short feedback. The shipping took a little longer for me. That probably has something to do with the transport company. The packaging was good and it even came with a new charging cable and a new charger were included. The device itself was in great condition. You have to look closely to find any traces of use. to find any traces. So far it works as expected. Thank you !

The delivery was very fast and I am very satisfied with the product. The battery performance of the device is no longer the best, but this is understandable for a used device. The laptop is fast and completely satisfactory for my purposes (home office, media). Back market? Gladly again!

Order process and delivery top; monitor works perfectly. Stand has two approx. 3cm large, broken parts, which do not impair functionality. Corresponds to "good" condition.

The packaging was very good - I'm still delighted, I am very satisfied with the device, but what is very annoying is that when it is connected to the mains to charge it, it not only gets warm but hot, so hot that when you hold it in your hand you have to change position very quickly when the charging process is complete and it remains plugged in, it becomes bearable.
