The delivery was very fast and I am very satisfied with the product. The battery performance of the device is no longer the best, but this is understandable for a used device. The laptop is fast and completely satisfactory for my purposes (home office, media). Back market? Gladly again!

I am very happy with the Dell, I liked the fact that the computer was already pre-installed with Windows. The laptop is in really good condition. The battery gets the point deduction. It is rather weak. I've bought several refurbished laptops where the battery was weaker than new, but this one is particularly weak and lasts just under half an hour.

The product arrived on time and in full. It was ordered in very good condition and looks like it. However, what is quite regrettable and does not correspond to "very good" condition is the short battery life, which definitely plays a role with a tablet.

Order process and delivery top; monitor works perfectly. Stand has two approx. 3cm large, broken parts, which do not impair functionality. Corresponds to "good" condition.

The packaging was very good - I'm still delighted, I am very satisfied with the device, but what is very annoying is that when it is connected to the mains to charge it, it not only gets warm but hot, so hot that when you hold it in your hand you have to change position very quickly when the charging process is complete and it remains plugged in, it becomes bearable.

Everything is fine, I'm really happy with the product. I can only recommend buying something here if you don't necessarily need a brand new appliance. Perfect condition and function.

The docking station works perfectly and is visually in very good condition - everything is wonderful. This purchase was also handled flawlessly.

Very satisfied laptop only arrived with a large scratch on the underside but I personally don't care. The only thing that bothers me is that the battery is used up very quickly.
