I was a bit reluctant to order a refurbished phone. Well I am not disappointed, no problem the grade given to the phone is well respected the battery is perfect and no problem with the camera for the moment.

This is my second mobile phone order from Back Market. It arrived super fast and still looked almost perfect. Exactly as described. I would order here again and again. The service is also easy to deal with.

It is the first time I have bought a refurbished mobile phone. I ordered it with a lot of doubts... but as soon as the package arrived I saw that the phone was 10. I ordered it excellent and it has arrived perfect. Impeccable screen, no signs of use, looks brand new. Everything works correctly and the battery came to me 100% healthy and lasts me the whole day with intensive use. Also, it took only two days to arrive since I ordered it. Perfect transport. The phone model is amazing. I had doubts about whether to order the xs Max or a newer model but as I am a lover of large screens I opted for this one and I have been right. totally right. Model purchased at the request of our 12 year old son. This delighted, the terminal is in prefectisimas conditions. I was not very clear about this of the reconditioned and could even change my way of buying.

The phone works perfectly, however, the speakers are not in good condition, so it is not feasible to play music with the typical quality offered by Apple. You can tell they are dirty. In addition, I could see some small damage on the back of the phone. I had paid for the "excellent condition" quality, so I give it three stars only. The rest is fine.
