First time getting a refurbished phone and first time using an iPhone XS I am super satisfied only the battery holds a little bit but it does nothing Great

Works well, looks like new, only the battery runs out faster than the previous iPhone 7 (was also refurbished), although battery power is displayed at 100%.

Excellent product. Like new and so far working like a charm. Kudos for the site and the service organisation. I didn't know Back Market before: I found it so good that I bought another item. What can I say for now Super Top!

As for the product, quite good, but the technical service has disappointed me a lot because you can not send a phone that theoretically has been reviewed and it turns out that when you receive a call the ear speaker with the maximum volume is not heard and the handsfree speaker is quite bad.

After a previous purchase that had not been sufficiently checked before being put up for sale (it kept restarting by itself...), I was a bit apprehensive. No problem with this one. Thanks for the faster than expected shipping. 100% battery capacity without having to replace it with a new one.

I received the iphone very quickly (5 days) and frankly I am amazed the chassis is completely new (except for a slight scratch on the back but almost invisible) the screen is an original screen and the state of the battery was 100% I recommend 10000% this seller !!!!!!

The screen is not original, but it works without any problem or calibration or sensitivity, the only thing is that at the start, a message from Apple that the phone may contain non-original parts. The condition of the smartphone is as expected, there is nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create an Apple ID, possibly because the total number of possible Apple IDs per year has already been exceeded. This is very annoying and should not happen.
