The delivery was not only super fast, because I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday lunchtime, but the notebook was declared as "very good", is in great condition and looks like new to me. And of course everything works perfectly. My recommendation! If I'm ever looking for technology again, I now know where to look first! Thank you!

We are very happy with our purchase and for having the chance to give a second life to this laptop that is in perfect condition. It was delivered two days after in our home, and it was well packed and clean, ready to use. It was definitely the right decision to buy here.

Condition top. Runs like a charm. A small detail: Windows 11 dealer version was already pre-installed, which was already set up. I therefore installed Windows 11 again and set it up myself. A new Windows licence was not necessary.

I am very happy with the Lenovo ThinkPad T47014" Core i5 2.3 GHz - SSD 512 GB - 16GB QWERTZ - German from BackMarket. It's a pleasure to work with it...!

The ThinkPad 490s arrived in perfect condition and super clean. The only drawback was that it took me a relatively long time to reset the PC because files were missing from the Windows folder. Otherwise - top!

The laptop is in great condition, the screen is even better than expected and specified :)) Unfortunately, the fan was defective, so I had to send it back for repair after just a few days. With shipping almost 2 weeks then without computer :(( The back market support was friendly and helpful, but the dealer should have checked the laptop better before selling! Trouble that could have been avoided, what a shame.

I am completely satisfied with the notebook. The notebook is like new and works perfectly. The dispatch was fast and problem-free. I can only recommend Back Market. Full 5 stars from me

It was a good experience. I found what I was looking for. It also arrived pretty quickly and in good condition and I'm enjoying the device.

Everything went really well. Highly recommended. The computing power is fully sufficient for the normal end user.

Top device as described. Really almost like new. The only thing was that the power supply plug had a hardened foreign body inside, a kind of resin that you had to pick out with a knife.
