The ThinkPad 490s arrived in perfect condition and super clean. The only drawback was that it took me a relatively long time to reset the PC because files were missing from the Windows folder. Otherwise - top!

The laptop is in great condition, the screen is even better than expected and specified :)) Unfortunately, the fan was defective, so I had to send it back for repair after just a few days. With shipping almost 2 weeks then without computer :(( The back market support was friendly and helpful, but the dealer should have checked the laptop better before selling! Trouble that could have been avoided, what a shame.

The delivery was not only super fast, because I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday lunchtime, but the notebook was declared as "very good", is in great condition and looks like new to me. And of course everything works perfectly. My recommendation! If I'm ever looking for technology again, I now know where to look first! Thank you!

Condition top. Runs like a charm. A small detail: Windows 11 dealer version was already pre-installed, which was already set up. I therefore installed Windows 11 again and set it up myself. A new Windows licence was not necessary.

The device meets my expectations, thank you very much, good quality. I find your choice of words irritating, in an earlier email you write about the new "toy" ... sounds almost as if no one works anymore and buys a computer to earn money ... but that is a detail. A few less emails would be great ... I have everything I need, thanks no more consumption planned.

The casing is tip top. Unfortunately, the SSD memory had to be replaced. The repair only took one day. The notebook was ready for use after a week.

I am completely satisfied with the notebook. The notebook is like new and works perfectly. The dispatch was fast and problem-free. I can only recommend Back Market. Full 5 stars from me
