My first order on Backmarket, I was sceptical but I'm delighted with the purchase! The phone is superb, it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition as advertised! I highly recommend it! Thanks for everything!

I've had the iPhone 15 for a month now and so far so good. I bought it in excellent condition and it's worth it, the battery lasts me a day and a half, using it mainly with music or videos. I previously had the 12 also bought here and the change has been very good. I really recommend this purchase.

I ordered "in perfect condition", and to be honest, the iPad was brand new. Box, plastic protection and accessories still in plastic. Very fast delivery, ordered on Tuesday evening and received on Friday lunchtime. Very pleased! I'm going to use it to note down my lessons and organise my schedule (i.e. I'm going to use it to bingewatch and colour).

The parcel arrived on time and frankly, I couldn't tell the difference from a new product! So, yes, it's a generation 9, but I'm fully satisfied with it for what I do with it! I'm not going to go into detail about its capabilities, there are plenty of sites that will do that much better. But I must say that I'm very satisfied with Back Market

The truth is that I was afraid of the health of my battery but I had an 89 and the phone was great as if it were new without any mark, the shipping was very fast, it was not necessary to contact the seller.

Very happy with my purchase, except that the condition was not in accordance with the choice made. The item was seized in perfect condition and r in u with defects in appearance.

All excellent, the only thing is that when I take videos via whatsapp there is a noise in the background. But to fix this 'bug' just take videos via the camera👍

The phone is perfect, it works great, although the subscription to google one is only for 6 months, instead of 1 year, as advertised, maybe because it is refurbished.
