Second purchase, everything perfect! Fast delivery, item as described. I recommend

The iPhone arrived on time, but I wasn't told in the advert that I had to replace a part that was the screen, so I occasionally get the "part not recognised" message, which is annoying. It also happens that the screen suddenly shuts down. All this after choosing iPhone quality in "perfect condition". A bit disappointed by the lack of transparency.

Overall quite satisfactory except that for a product in very good condition there are scratches that were not specified in the seller's ad. The phone still works well. It's just a shame that the seller wasn't honest enough to mention the scratches.

Hello, I received a faulty appliance, it can happen, so return it. I received the same appliance, but it's still faulty due to the same problem, so it's being returned. What should I think? The supplier is unprofessional, not serious. So I give up.
