Very impressed with the phone I received (it is a Samsung S23). My first experience of buying a refurbished phone, and I'm glad I did. Runs like new and in excellent condition.

So far everything is perfect, the battery capacity is 100% as I ordered it with a new battery, the speakers sound very good, the screen is fine too and the colour matches the one I ordered. I bought it in excellent condition and the truth is that the screen is not scratched or broken and there is not the slightest hint that it has been used or reconditioned. It came with a transparent case and charging cable but I doubt that it is original as the part where it connects to the head of the charger is not type C but type USB. But overall I am very happy with the phone.

The seller also included a transparent case which I wasn't expecting, although I have to say that it was damaged on one side. I've had the phone for two weeks now and, although I haven't used it intensively yet, so far it works well. I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely buy it again.

The phone came great. This is the second time I've bought a refurbished phone here, the other was the iPhone XR and it lasted me 3 and a half years. I bought it with a new battery and it came 100%, fast delivery and a free case. Everything works very well. I will definitely come back again, hopefully in a long time. :)

Honestly, I lived in anguish until the last minute because I have never bought refurbished products and consequently I was afraid that I would be very disappointed. I was wrong!!! The product, at least for now, seems to behave well and above all reflects what I ordered (super fast service by the way). So far I am very happy with my purchase! The product arrived in excellent condition and I did not encounter any problems! I think I will only buy (and advise all my friends to do the same) refurbished smartphones. Really impossible to distinguish from a new one!

Delivery before time, well packaged, the mobile I ordered excellent and has come as new, (iphone 13 blue) the mobile has come with a new case, a detail of the seller, it is for gift, we will see the operation, I would use this application again.
