My refurbished iPhone 13 mini is great. The only minor point to raise is that it clearly been refurbished with a non-Apple battery and I keep getting notifications telling me that the device can’t recognise the battery and that as a consequence the battery health reporting may be inaccurate. Not what I was expecting! Any hints on how to get the phone to verify the battery?

A Refurbished , Google Pixel 7a phone was delivered a couple of days from ordering with BackMarket . I needed a replacement phone because my old one had almost ground to halt , but I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new one as I wanted to pay for the total cost upfront and avoid paying back on a 24 or 36Month contract. This is where Refurbished phones became a consideration. Read some of the reviews of the Google Pixel 7a on BackMarket and decided to make a purchase. Very pleased with the phone that was delivered - a very good price for a phone that was originally released May 2023 and I've actually got sufficient working memory now , so everything is far more responsive .

Back Market is a must for anyone looking for an excellent refurbished mobile phone. The web site is excellent to navigate. The choice of second hand phones which are graded is extensive, plus they are very good value for the money ! would not hesitate to recommend Back Market to any one the Company are doing everything right!!

Bought the Pixel 7 to replace my old Pixel that couldn't cope with the updates. Had a good online experience easy to navigate the website. Received in excellent condition and on time . would easily recommend Back market for any refurbished goods.

Was a bit hesitant buying a refurbished phone for the first time, but I cannot see any faults and it feels like having a brand new phone. The service was great as well as the phone was shipped and delivered very fast. Very happy with my purchase :)

I first purchased a reconditioned phone from Back Market some while ago & it has been such an excellent phone that when my husband had an accident with his phone falling into water a few weeks ago I didn't hesitate to buy a replacement from this company again. It arrived promptly in excellent condition, at an affordable price & I'm sure we will both buy from them again in the future. Great service too as they kept us informed from start to finish.

the purchase of my Google Pixel 7a was easy enough and fair price. the communication and ongoing service from back market has been great. would definitely consider buying again. the phone itself is pretty good, some excellent elements and some frustrating bits but getting the hang of some of Google querks not used to on a phone. all in all very happy.

First time using Back Market and I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but I needent have been. The phone is immaculate with not a single mark on it! I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will definitely be buying from BM again in the future!!

We were offered a value of £53 for sending the old phone in based on its condition of the screen, working order, scratches etc. Once it was received by your team, they sent some pictures saying the phone had some screen burn and was not in the condition specified, therefore offering just £5. There was no mention of looking for screen burn as part of submitting the phone condition for the initial £53 offer and therefore the phone condition is in the same condition as we submitted. In fact, there is no screennburn that we could see. I used this offer value to decide on how much I wanted to spend on the new phone. I have used other sites/providers of phones that offer money for an exchange and never had this experience. They have always paid out the value they offered because we are diligent about providing accurate information about the condition of the phone. I now find myself with a phone that I effectively didn't budget the extra £48 for. This feels like a dishonest approach to under pay for a used phone once its reached your team.
