Hello Back Market Team, I have just received my new purchase. I ordered an Iphone 8 PLUS. I chose it in "Good Condition". And I have to say what a surprise it was when I received it in "Like New" condition. It's Nickel. No scratches on the shell or the screen, top notch. I was pleasantly surprised! So thanks to whom? Thank you Back Market!

I have always ordered from this site. I have never been disappointed. I've never had any problems or complaints either, so I don't know if this part is as smooth as the rest. I also really like the method of communication, the information emails following an order for example.

Apart from a large scratch in the frame, the iPhone is in very good condition, the display itself is flawless, the smaller scratches in the frame are "normal" signs of use, the battery is still 87% charged. As it's for my child and has a protective cover anyway, the scratches don't bother me, but without the cover the feel is unpleasant. "Very good" is a matter of definition. I'm sure one or two people would have returned it! The display may have been replaced, as there is a very fine, constant scratch on the left-hand side of the display. For our purposes, everything is within reason

The phone works pretty well, the battery health could have been better but it's not bad, the only major drawback is the side buttons, both the volume and the lock/power-off, which you have to press a lot to make them work because they are super hard....

My experience with black market was very fun and exciting,it arived in just 5 days including the weekend all the way from germany to greece which is simply incredible, the phone arrived today at around 3 pm and black market emailed me at 7 but thats alright i think, the only "bad" thing is that the phone arrived in a cardboard box without any bubble wrap or anything and can pretty much bounce around freely but i hope they did some testing on if this is actually safe for the phone or not, other that that the phone is in pretty much perfect condition even though i ordered it on the lowest possible one for which i am very happy, Moreover i havent encountered any malfunctions other than the phone getting hot easily but i hope that will not be a problem in the future, thats it for my long review:)

I have received the mobile correctly, without any scratches, all correct, but today it has stopped, I had a full battery and it won't turn on. I have tried everything but nothing. A 0. I want to return the mobile.

The phone has been great and I am very happy with it. But now they have broken the screen and I don't know how to fix it.

hello good morning, unfortunately the mobile phone does not work as expected. it presents some difficulty in handling the screen, simply after a while the digital of the mobile phone stops working and only works again after locking and unlocking it... i would like to request an exchange Thank you!

Good morning everyone, I recently bought an iPhone XR, it's all very well that it's a refurbished phone and therefore as good as new, but is it possible to receive such a phone with a Battery that has its maximum capacity at 82%, i.e. I will practically have to spend no less than 100€ to change it and be able to enjoy the phone's performance to the fullest, so I was very but very disappointed!!!
