Good product

Arrivé très rapidement en très bon état. Câbles fournis avec. Emballage précautionneux avec une tonne de protection. Branchements super faciles, franchement nickel ! J'ai préféré réinitialiser tout car il était programmé par défaut avec des sessions non personnalisées et pas mises à jour avec les bons pilotes, mais franchement zéro soucis. Si vous voulez l'utiliser pour jouer, je vous recommande de changer la carte graphique qui n'est pas la meilleure dans le domaine (mais c'est le modèle qui vaut ça pas le reconditionnement).

Je suis très content de mon achat. Il est arrive bien emballé, et en très bon état. Seul point a signaler : le processeur n'était pas celui annoncé, mais le modele juste au dessus, un peu plus rapide, donc ce n'est pas du tout un probleme.

The product arrived in perfect condition, quickly and well packaged. There was a problem as it was advertised as having WiFi support but no adapter was supplied. I notified the seller of the problem and he offered to send me an adapter free of charge. The adapter arrived promptly and without any problems. Overall, a good purchase and good service.

I've been using the laptop for a week now and it's going very well. The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, a whole hour and a half video call and it still works without being plugged in. It looks great, very clean, no scratches or marks on the case or screen. I am very happy with it. The only thing that happens sometimes is the time on the toolbar goes a bit crazy, and today I had to restart it so that it would go away because the screen froze a bit.

Tout etait parfait, comme d'habitude !!! Rapidité de l'envoi, emballage plus que parfait, produit parfaitement conforme au descriptif. J'attends à chaque commande la petite erreur, mais rien, aucune faute de parcours !! Bravo backmarket !!!

After 1 and a half years (obviously the warranty is only for one year), the L2 button bugs and I have to turn the controller off and on again because the buttons don't respond when I launch a game. No response from customer service after two weeks. It's a real shame considering I paid more for it than a new controller (€64 refurbished / €60 new) and looking at the other offers there's not one for less than €62 (not including postage!). Too bad, I would have tried the refurbished one but apparently it's really worthless and at that price I'm going to buy a new one. I wouldn't recommend it unless you've got money to burn.

Very good quality product; works very well. The VGA cable supplied with it does not work. I am very pleased with the quality of the product.
