    The laptop is great, top notch! All the specs are correct and the physical aspects very well looked after. The only down side is that the hall sensor is broken (the laptop does nothing when the lid is closed/opened), and this issue was not informed whatsoever in the decription. I received it well packed, and they even sent me a wireless silence mouse and a 128GB flash drive. Thank you! I recommend it and would buy again - if the drawbacks are correctly listed.

    Really bad experience. I got a Macbook Air in "good condition" as an emergency replacement. Multiple keys on the keyboard are broken, coming off the board and barely usable. I ordered a laptop with a 512 GB disk and was sent one with a 256 GB disk instead. Moreover, the laptop wasn't reset properly prior to selling so you're stuck with a login screen whose password you're not made aware of. Replacement and reshipping takes 7-10 days, which isn't always an option when you need the computer right away. I'm shocked that a laptop stated to be in "good" condition would be sold in such a state.

    I have been very satisfied with Backmarket for my previous orders but this time has been very complicated: My chromebook came from Holland with a local carrier, very vague tracking with no real information. No news of the transport on the day of delivery displayed by Backmarket and then I see two days later "incorrect address". No further info. Backmarket has no information to give me other than to suggest that I put together a complaint file, which will take days as it involves an investigation. After scouring the web, I was able to contact a Belgian number (which speaks French) to reach the carrier, who informed me that the parcel had been taken care of by Collissimo from the start. My parcel was waiting for me at the post office, ready to go back to the sender without me having received any information. A huge hiccup and very poor customer service (although friendly). I therefore received my notebook 11 days after ordering it, finding the solutions myself. As far as the notebook is concerned, however, it really is as good as new and works perfectly well, so I'm very happy with it!
