Very happy with my purchase. For refurbished, it looks like new. No signs of wear on the tablet. The package was very well protected for transport. Only downside: the delivery took longer than expected.

MacBook as good as new in both appearance and function. Just one note: it is true, as stated, that the computer supports the latest version of the operating system, but I had to (a little laboriously) provide the installation myself. I was expecting an up-to-date computer, but I don't feel I can take away 'stars' for a minor flaw that is fixable in itself.

The MacBook arrived one day earlier than expected. Although the wording on the website said it was a product in good condition I actually received a product as good as new that had never been used (there was even the classic brand new scent found in new products)! The Mac works great and I am extremely satisfied with the product. From now on never again new electronics with backmarket!!! Fabulous in everything I have nothing more to add!

PERFECT Ipad. A few scratches on the back from normal use but kept perfectly. The battery is also OK What can I say...super satisfied! W Back Market!

Livrée en 4 jours, bien protégé! La livreuse a prit le temps de m'envoyer un message pour me donner un créneau horaire ce que j'ai fortement apprécié! quand à l'ipad, rien à dire il est vraiment comme neuf sans aucune rayure, les boutons et le tactile fonctionnent à merveille. Petit bémol pour la batterie qui se décharge assez vite et qui prend du temps à charger, mais vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés !! Je recommande ! :)

I chose the qwerty version as I would like to move to Canada in the future and familiarise myself with this type of computer. The computer was 2 days late which worried me a bit at first but in the end everything was fine. The only drawback was that the computer was in an unprotected cardboard box, fortunately the sender was careful. The computer is beautiful, the sound is incredible and I don't think I could have found anything cheaper. Thank you BackMarket 🥰 !

Very fast shipping, the product reflects the description, the power cable is missing (3 Euros), the operating system needs updating, it is recommended to at least increase the RAM, I will use it connected to my HIFI system to listen to music. Value for money OK.

The customer service, although good, was a bit slow to respond (I understand due to workload). For the product as a computer technician I wanted to take a look at what was inside and all I saw was just dust and lots of fluff on the heatsink fan and ventilation grilles, the thermally conductive paste was dried out which for the paste to dry out it has to at least be there for over two years. My conclusion is that you don't call it refurbished but a simple used product. As for the preparation-delivery it was delayed about a week while the system said 3 working days(I was to receive it on 16/11 and it came on the 22nd). Also it is not mentioned anywhere in the that the preion does not come with a power cord. I hope the refurbisher will improve and be more professional in the products they sell.

It arrived quickly, but it came without the power cable. I had to order it online because they don't sell it in any Apple shop and it takes me a month to arrive, (I had to order it from China), so I have not been able to test if it works properly and I am without a computer.
