order arrived a little later than was initially expected, however the item itself arrived in good condition and haven't had any problems with it thus far.

So far, so good. I have enjoyed every bit of the MacBook. Easy access, fast, wide screen. However, whenever I plug in the charger to charge the laptop, the charger gives off a funny sound at the point of contact with the power outlet. Then after some minutes, it stops. What could be the problem? I will like to know.

The iPad was delivered quickly, it was in used condition as described. It is fully functional and ok for the price paid. The battery is also ok. This was our first purchase from BackMarket and we will be happy to buy again when we need something.

Everything went well. Although the country of origin was not Germany but the UK, which turned out to be the case after the purchase, the express delivery was very fast and uncomplicated. Unbeatable price and very good condition of the iPad!

I am very satisfied with my iMac. Since I'm really not very tech-savvy, I had to rely 100% on everything being in order and working as it always does with Apple. I'm happy to say that everything is running top-notch! The IMac arrived professionally packed and quickly. Faster than announced. Keyboard, mouse and cables are new. The iMac has no scratches, looks like new. I can only recommend Back Market!

It’s like I’ve brought a brand new MacBook! Very good device, service and process to send old MacBook in.

This is the second item I’ve brought from black market. Even though I’ve bought items in good condition they’ve both been in very good condition. I only wanted an iPad so that I could FaceTime my new granddaughter and this more than a met my needs. At a fraction of the cost of a new iPad ,why wouldn’t you buy this way. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again
