Phone looks brand new, not a mark on it! Great looking and performing perfectly. Third time using backmarket and would highly recommend. Phone came well packaged and within a few days.

The phone was in great condition but the courier was terrible. He threw the paxkage through another persons window and i had to go looking for it.

The truth is that I was surprised the watch is completely new wherever you look at it the battery is 100% is the first time I buy a reconditioned product without a doubt I will repeat.

It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone here and the truth is that I've been very happy. I've had the phone I bought (IPhone 12 Pro with new battery) for a few days and when I look at it I can't see any picks or scratches on the screen and I bought it in "very good" condition and not in "excellent" condition; it looks like new. The only downside is that even though I put a new battery in it, it still discharges very easily even when the battery is at 100% health. It's something I expected because obviously for the price they give you it's clear that it's not going to be an original battery. So if you can avoid putting in a new battery, it would be the best thing to do and you can put it in when you have the phone and make sure it is a good one. Even so, I think it's worth it and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Everything worked out wonderfully. The watch is in very good condition. I have not found any of the scratches that were announced. The only drawback is that the charging cable supplied is not sufficient for this watch. The charging time is infinitely long. I bought an original charging cable, which takes just under 2 hours. I am very satisfied.

This is the second time we've bought a phone from this seller, and once again everything went really well! Fast delivery, well packaged product, as described. One minor problem this time: the iPhone 11 we received had a problem with the touch screen, which was stuck for three days for no apparent reason. We don't yet know exactly what the problem is, but we're currently investigating whether it's possible to exchange it or have it checked. Despite this, we remain satisfied with our experience, as the service is always reliable and responsive. We hope this little problem will be resolved soon!
