I bought an iphone 14 and after almost a month I have to say that everything went very well, fast transition, delivery time respected, absolutely perfect device (I chose the excellent option), without any signs and with 100% efficient battery, highly recommended shop and full satisfaction.

The iPhone 11 arrived in the Back Market box with invoice, only flaw, the phone was not wrapped in anything. However it was in excellent condition, no scratches on either the body or glass, let alone the cameras. Only thing the glass is not original IPhone, message also appears on the phone settings. But overall and for the price, I was very impressed.

Hello I received my iPhone XS 64 Go in perfect condition but there are some defects the battery drains in 3 hours the flash is not perfect and there are deep scratches on the edge of the phone thank you

Product unusable,excellent quality not respected,arrived scratched. Screen malfunctioning,battery overheating. Made the return on 3 April to date 10 April the seller still has not responded to either the replacement or the refund (he has 3 working days to do so and they have passed). I find myself without a phone and without a solution, I am still waiting for a response. Do not buy from this seller.

The system itself indicates that the battery is not from Apple, warning of possible incompatibility. It works, it works.

When I received my parcel, I got a note in the box saying that there would certainly be a problem with the front screen, but that it wouldn't affect its use in any way. I now realise that the quality of the photos taken with the front screen is not good at all.

Hello. The product itself was clean and in good condition and would probably have worked fine otherwise, but... The only (and use-stopping) flaw was that I couldn't get the SIM sled open at all. Now I can't get my money back, even though no outside party HAS NOT ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT. I have only asked someone wiser than me if there is any way to fix it. I have ordered several phones from you and so far have been satisfied. Please find below my conversation with customer service: "Hi. Hi, I'm sorry, I don't accept this. I'm not accepting this. I have not damaged the phone, nor has anyone else damaged it. I only asked a wiser person than me if the phone could be repaired. He did NOT EVEN TRY to fix the phone. I have ordered several phones from you. So far I have been satisfied, but if this is going on as you say, it is absolutely wrong.
