HI there, everything about the experience went very well and I was pleased with the service. The only problem which was a disappointment to me was delivery! Initially when I placed the order, March 30th, the estimated delivery on the screen showed Monday April 3rd. However the next day I received an email to say the actual delivery would be April 6th. I had ordered it for a friend from Ethiopia, and had someone travelling out on April 6th to visit, and who would bring the phone with him. I help my breath that the phone would arrive on Aril 6th directly to David's house, before he left for his flight. However it did not arrive on time for him to take it with him. It was disappointing for me as it was a gift, and a much needed item for my friend in Ethiopia. We are now trying to figure our another safe way of getting it to him. Thanks for requesting feedback. Very trustworthy! Price-performance top My Galaxy s20+ arrived sooner than expected, well packaged. In excellent quality- namely brand new, original sealed, the Samsung security stickers intact. I will gladly look around at Backmarket again and should I find what I am looking for, I will buy it.

It's an amazing phone. i had really high expectations and a great desire to have a Google pixel. and this one has really made me much more satisfied. i was a bit scared about the battery life considering it's refurbished, but on the contrary, it's lasting me more than 8 hours.

The mobile arrived in perfect condition as I ordered it (even days before the estimated delivery date). I've had it for a month now and so far it has worked flawlessly. I had never encouraged me to buy reconditioned, is what we all say, yes. A friend recommended the site to me and my partner... we did some research and the prices and all the benefits that buying refurbished has for the environment was what finally convinced us.
