Excellent quality. Quick delivery.

Perfect condition, works perfectly, I'm super happy, up to 1 year and 1 month. I can no longer use the USB-c port (charging and transferring information to PC, it's dead) because the phone thinks there's water in it. What could have caused this? Immersion in water? No. Fog, yes! The simple fact that the air was saturated with water destroyed my phone. Naturally, the warranty had expired (give or take 1 month). This is the second phone (the other was a different brand) from Backmarket that I've lost to water. Oh yes, the phone has an IP68 rating, so that shouldn't be a problem, especially after a year... So the question is, is it because Backmarket's reconditioning is slammed on the floor or is it just the phones, made by the brands, that are rubbish at this? I don't know. But now I'm going to try and buy a new phone from another brand (Appel) to see if they can make a phone that lasts longer than a year and a half. PS: I've given it 3/5 because I have no proof that it comes from refurbishing or from the manufacturers.

It's an amazing phone. i had really high expectations and a great desire to have a Google pixel. and this one has really made me much more satisfied. i was a bit scared about the battery life considering it's refurbished, but on the contrary, it's lasting me more than 8 hours.

For my first order on Back Market I was very pleasantly surprised. Order placed at 14:30, shipped at 18:30 and received the next day before noon was really very fast. I received the phone under Samsung seal and blister pack so honestly if it's refurbished it doesn't look like it. The phone works very well and I'm delighted with it. I'll have to wait and see but I'm not worried about that :) I really recommend Back Market to sceptics, it's a real discovery for me :D

Excellent purchase, the first I have made on this site. The phone arrived with all original packaging, and accessories included. It appears to have been reconditioned by Samsung itself, otherwise you would think it was new. No faults on the phone, box and accessories, except for the charger, which had the metal ends a bit scratched. I recommend the purchase.

Please note that Backmarket does not provide information on the origin of products. The S20 Ultra smartphone I received is an American laptop that doesn't work properly on the French network. The reconditioners don't want it and BM is washing its hands of it. A file has been sent to FEVAD.

The mobile arrived in perfect condition as I ordered it (even days before the estimated delivery date). I've had it for a month now and so far it has worked flawlessly. I had never encouraged me to buy reconditioned, is what we all say, yes. A friend recommended the site to me and my partner... we did some research and the prices and all the benefits that buying refurbished has for the environment was what finally convinced us. He bought an IPhone, months later I bought a Samsung (excellent mobile). And just today I bought an HP laptop which we will also review later 🤞🏼 Excellent service.

I replaced my old Huawei 20 mate pro with a refurbished one and with joy I can say that I received a perfect smartphone!!!! Aesthetically impeccable battery, after transferring all data and apps, 25% occupied. I recommend it

I was nervous since this was my first refurbished. Eventually I decided to take the risk, and I am glad I did. so far, my phone seems perfect, the only flaw seems to be the selfie camera is a bit not centered in the black circle, doesn't affect its performance though. I would appreciate if I could communicate with the seller and since I tried looking for a seller from my country and chose from one in Cyrpus I was surprised to see my phone being shipped from france. otherwise I am very happy with my phone and hope it lasts me a long long time
