I was surprised to receive my phone in a good condition box. The phone was immaculate itself considering being a refurbished phone. It’s great . No scratches. It’s like a brand new phone and works absolutely perfectly. It’s definitely change my view into buying brand new phones that cost more when you can buy just as perfect as a refurbished phone . Thank you for such a lovely phone and delivery service was so fast . Definitely recommend it .

So happy with my new phone! Heard about back market from my sister and so glad I decided to get my galaxy flip6 from here. It came in perfect condition with good battery life so so pleased. I am always conscious of my environmental impact too so happy that refurbished phones are better for the Environment. Also, much cheaper than buying new so an absolute win win! I will definitely buy more from back market.

The 2 phones I have purchased from Back market have been impeccable , awesome . I have a samsung s25 + And I love it . It looks and feel amazing . My S21 + was exactly the same , just like a brand new phone for a fraction of the price . Absolutely awesome phone, needed a new one as my iphone7's WiFi chip disconnected. I ordered it and the next day it came. A great phone, battery health is 100%, such a light and modern phone, leather textured back is such a nice touch, came with a wire, SIM card slot pin and a clear phone case. Phone has loads of storage, isn't slow and can take an SD card and TWO Sims. Actually sick 10000/10

This is my 4th phone from Backmarket and not disappointed so far. I was worried about choosing something from the lower end of the midrange Galaxy A, but so far very pleased with how it looks and how it performs.

I was little suspicious of buying second hand head set a I was worried about hygiene, but these Beats were immaculate. I love the sound and it is very responsive to touch commands. they packing was almost brand new too and it had all the instructions as well as spare tips.
