I bought a Macbook Air from 2020 but before that also an iPhone a Macbook pro retina 16" from 2019, all in "excellent" condition and I have to say they all look as good as new, maybe without original box and original power supply but otherwise all really as new. Value for money they are unbeatable. Even a year ago I bought a Macbook Pro 16" in "good" condition but because it had a very noticeable blow on one corner, I returned it and I must say that it was very easy to send it back and then I was refunded, all at no cost to me. I bought a MacBook Air (2017), arrived a practically new device: no signs of wear and tear, ready to use, with any instructions already available in .pdf on the desktop, and a short (nice) printout with directions on pw set and how to change it later. Nice, smart design, with small caveat. The Magic Mouse 2 is a beautiful piece of Apple design: minimalist, sturdy and perfectly integrated with macOS. Scrolling and swiping across the touch surface works smoothly and intuitively. Charging is quick via the Lightning cable. The charging port is under the mouse - something that is often criticised. Personally, I understand this choice well: it keeps the design sleek and uninterrupted. Moreover, the mouse charges so quickly that it hardly bothers you in practice. A quick charge and you're good to go for hours. Ordered via Back Market: mouse was in top condition and delivery was prompt. Very satisfied with the purchase! I ordered the Galaxy A52 3 weeks ago and so far I'm very happy with it. The delivery was very fast and I would recommend it for the value for money. The only downside was that I dropped it once from a very low height (even though it had a protective shell and screen) but the screen wouldn't light up. I went to a repairer and it was just the screen that was disconnected (he pressed the back of the tel). My old Asus phone, which is 7 years old, fell several times and never had a problem. Maybe reconditioned phones are more fragile and you have to be more careful.

This is my third order from BackMarket and once again I am very satisfied. The computer is perfect, in excellent condition. However, there are 2 small drawbacks: the keys are in English and there were still some indications in Italian. Otherwise the product is perfect for my needs. I would recommend BackMarket again.

MacBook Pro Retina 13' from 2015, my first purchase here on Back Market. I can safely say that the experience was positive. When I opened the package, I was impressed by the aesthetic condition of the computer: it's practically as good as new! There are no scratches or obvious signs of wear, which is definitely a plus point. From a performance point of view, the MacBook works great. I am only at the beginning of my use, but the responsiveness and fluidity of the system impressed me. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the long run, but for now I am very satisfied. Another aspect I appreciated was the care taken with the packaging: the product arrived well protected. In addition, I found the company's support very useful, which included a file saved on the desktop with directions on how to set up the computer. It is a small detail that makes a difference and shows the professionalism of the service. As for the battery, I chose the model with the original battery even though, in hindsight, I would have opted for a new battery to be even more reassured about the autonomy over time. I'm really shocked, no scratches, nothing at all. I ordered a second hand MacBook Pro 2015 at a good price, perfect to start with as I had to stick to my budget. I was scared because of the comments saying that the keyboard might not match. However, I received a QWERTY keyboard as expected, with battery capacity in perfect condition and only 34 cycles (which is excellent). I have no complaints. They even created a file explaining how to change the password and use a MacBook, which is very useful as it's my first time. As I mentioned before, I was worried about scratches, but it's in immaculate, like-new condition. Comes with a charger too. Thank you very much!

Fast shipping. However, I don't understand why a USB-C to USB-A cable was added. If they had, then the C to C cable would have helped me to try out the pen straight away. The pen is perfect for my needs when I just want to write instead of draw. I don't need a Pro model and the cable doesn't seem to bother me. Not necessarily cheap, but it works perfectly, thank you.
