After my first order was returned (MacBook pro QWERTY instead of AZERTY...a big disappointment but attentive customer service and a very quick refund), I chose to go through backmarket again to buy my MacBook Pro ...and I don't regret it at all! A computer in superb condition, like new, impeccable reconditioning, excellent quality, delivered on time, frankly nothing to say. I'm delighted to have tried my luck again!

I love it. I ordered it in excellent condition and the truth is that it looks like a new computer, it has no sign of being reconditioned. It also comes with a key protector and a screen protector, it has exceeded my expectations. The adapter is also original Apple. I have bought an iPhone before and will buy here again and will recommend it.

The MacBook Pro arrived before the estimated date, it arrived in very good condition as new. I am not disappointed with my purchase. Back Market is very serious, as is the seller who sold me the machine, and it was well packaged! For an old Mac from 2017, it's still got a lot going for it, it's a shame it's running Catalina and not Ventura, I have to update it manually, but there are two Ventura partitions, so I'm a bit confused as it boots under Catalina. In any case, I'm amazed at the quality of the Retina image. I'm going to do a Clean install and or merge the Ventura partitions under Catalina and restart the Ventura update directly via the Mac settings.

Very powerful computer that perfectly replaces my old Macbook pro from 2012. Superb screen, excellent sound and much faster. Delivered on time, in perfect condition without a scratch and with a superb screen. Big plus point: you can connect two extra screens with a USBc/Hdmi adapter in addition to the available Hdmi output.

It came in good condition, everything was fine, I just have a few problems to comment on. The installation was in French, which wasn't a problem for me. And I couldn't update it, but I'm trying to sort it out and I hope I can. Everything else is very good.

The device is in top condition and everything works well, no scratches or signs of use. There were only minor problems with the installation as the device had French as the default language and the language could only be set after the installation. Otherwise all good Thank you

So, the computer is pretty good. On the other hand, the quality of the charger is not good, the cable is all yellow and it heats up a lot when it's charging. I took the computer in "perfect" condition.

Too beautiful, this is my third purchase from this site, Frankly, you're angels, simply exceptional, fast, quality product. Right now I'm contemplating my new MacBook 17.

I got a very nice iPad and am very satisfied! Thank you and maybe see you next time.
