The phone was impeccable, but I had a bad experience with UPS. I was recently hospitalised and at home, so I didn't move all day. It was supposed to be delivered to my home. It's the first time I've had a bad experience with UPS, I had to wait another 24 hours to receive my parcel.

Very happy with the quality of the mobile: in perfect condition, works very well, 100% new battery, fast delivery (two days before the expected date)... In short: PERFECT. I hope that the plan renove with the shipment of my used phone will work just as well.

iPad is as good as new, for my sister who unfortunately has Alzheimer's it is a comfort because being touch is better than using a remote control. What's more, it arrived very quickly. Bravo!
