I bought this Mac a few years ago and have nothing to complain about.

Computer in perfect condition, despite some scratches and dents on the back of the computer. The important thing is that it works properly!

After almost 1 month of use, I'm very satisfied with it. It works very well and the battery is also very good.

Perfect! A little tricky to get back into French as I don't speak Dutch... but once that problem was sorted out, everything worked properly. thank you

The computer arrived on Saturday, in Dutch, and I couldn't get it back into French, so I had to pay 1/8 of the price of the computer just for a stupid modification by a computer specialist to get it back into French.

Je me faisais une joie de commander mon nouvel ordinateur, jusqu'à ce que je me rende compte que j'ai reçu le mauvais article, j'ai payé pour un mac "très bon état" et je reçois un mac "bon état" avec des rayures, des accros, une batterie qui surchauffe et qui ne tient pas la charge... Il faut ajouter à cela : un délai de livraison non respecté, plusieurs jours de retard, l'ordinateur se baladait dans le carton... Je fais confiance au service client en envoyant un mail pour expliquer ma situation, photos, preuves à l'appui... je n'ai jamais eu de réponse, aucun retour. L'article que j'avais initialement commandé n'est plus disponible, il ne pourra donc pas être échangé. Je comptais faire l'achat d'un nouveau portable et d'une tablette apple, malheureusement je n'ai plus confiance et je crains d'être à nouveau déçue. Au moment où j'écris cet avis je n'ai toujours aucun retour à mon mail, je reste dans l'attente d'avoir une aide d'un être humain et non d'un robot avec des messages automatisés.
