Received recently but indeed, iPad Air like new. I preferred to pay a bit more and buy from a refurbisher with over 80% 4 or 5 stars and a few years with BM. I had already bought an IPhone 11 Pro Max without any problems.

The iPad looks great and has no visible scratches or blemishes. Operation and functions work perfectly. The battery is ok. Lasts me about a day, depending on how much you do. An even better battery would be desirable. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The ipad was in good condition, no scratches or bumps. I was just surprised by the lack of packaging, there was no official box but everything was still properly protected. The ipad arrived with a compatible charger and cable, not apple, but it works without a hitch. The tablet responds very well, it heats up a little when charging and discharges a little quickly for my taste but after a few battery tests with certain applications, the results are within the norms so it must be specific to the ipad. The iPad is under warranty until May 2024; it was bought in May 2023, so 4 months before me. I'll have to wait and see how reliable the tablet is over time, but for the moment I'm happy with my purchase - I wouldn't have been able to get this model without backmarket. In conclusion, a good experience! PS: Less important but the product was delivered on time.

The device works almost perfectly so far. The only "problem" I have is that my battery hasn't lasted very long after about 4 months. I'll keep an eye on it and, if necessary, contact the dealer during the warranty period and ask about repairs. Otherwise, it's more or less like buying new from Apple.

iPad in immaculate condition, no longer in its original packaging and with a replacement charging cable from another brand. It looks great, no scratches or signs of use and works wonderfully. I'm glad I was able to purchase this device and didn't need a new one. Always happy to buy again!
