Honestly my experience with Back Market was great! I got my new iPhone 15 pro just 2 days after ordering - super fast and easy delivery. This is the second time I have bought from Back Market and the second time I have been truly satisfied. This time I bought iPhone 15 pro 256 GB in "excellent" condition, and apart from two microscopic scratches on the side practically invisible everything else is perfect: 100% battery with 27 cycles, everything working perfectly.

Disappointed because I had to charge every day, unlike my old S21 ultra, which I bought refurbished in 2023 and which lasted 48 hours (intensive use due to professional activity).

Practically perfect phone, except for the display, which arrived dirty: it looks as if it had been 'cleaned' with something aggressive that left a sticky residue, very difficult to get rid of. Another sore point is the battery capacity: 86% is a bit lacking.
