Honestly my experience with Back Market was great! I got my new iPhone 15 pro just 2 days after ordering - super fast and easy delivery. I am dissatisfied and feel cheated because when I ordered my iPhone 14Pro, the buy-back price for my iPhone X 256go indicated on your site appeared to be €36 and the returns slip I received indicated an amount of €10. If this is a mistake, I would like my request to be processed (impossible on your site/no section available for this purpose). If not, I feel that there has been deception because at no point is the difference in value explained.

Practically perfect phone, except for the display, which arrived dirty: it looks as if it had been 'cleaned' with something aggressive that left a sticky residue, very difficult to get rid of. Another sore point is the battery capacity: 86% is a bit lacking.

This time I bought iPhone 15 pro 256 GB in "excellent" condition, and apart from two microscopic scratches on the side practically invisible everything else is perfect: 100% battery with 27 cycles, everything working perfectly.
