I've tried to buy a phone on the back market on two occasions, and both experiences were catastrophic. I will only mention the XIAOMI. 1/ I received the parcel on Monday when I was supposed to receive it on Thursday. (not a big deal in itself, but still). 2/ When I unpacked the phone I noticed that the screen was already scratched as if it had been rubbed on the floor. 3/ The phone takes almost 3 hours to charge (with both 65W and 25W chargers). 4/ Setting off at 5pm with 100% battery and normal use (a bit of video, a bit of music, a bit of RS) I find myself at 20% at 9pm, which is 4h/5h of autonomy. In short, it was the last time I went to Backmarket, I took advantage of an offer on Amazon for a new phone, and I'll see about reconditioning next time, certainly not at Backmarket.

So I was quite happy until the phone stopped working no more than 20 minutes ago (fault in the cable receiving the charge). So I was offered a 'human to human' chat. Well, I'm still looking for it. I need to delete my data from the phone before I can send it again... Well, it's flat... So in fact I can't do anything with it... And there's no human for my "human to human" chat.

Very bad experience. The computer ordered was very badly packaged and sent by post outside the time limits of the site. The address was wrong (they sent it to the billing address). Of course I have to pay for the return of the parcel and I have to deal with the dispute with the carrier. The only positive point is the responsiveness of the backmarket helpdesk and their friendliness. However, they were unable to help me resolve the problem.

Disappointed as the sound was deplorable and the right-click key did not work properly, no possibility of connecting in blutooth. I sent it back
