still not used impossible to get the chip that goes in it and my old phone doesn't have the same chip so I'm waiting for a reply from orange otherwise it's very clean and works well

Perfect phone a few small defects but nothing major and easy to cover with Cove and protective glass. Super fast delivery. Will definitely be making further purchases. I highly recommend buying through back market

Good condition, works perfectly. Supplied with a cable that is not the manufacturer's and without charger.

Good the mobile goes well. But it comes with 2 problems the charging plug on the one hand does not work and the camera flash as it is not 100% charge is not activated, otherwise I'm happy.

The product is in good condition except for the battery, whose maximum capacity is only 72% instead of the contractual 85% stated by Back Market and its retailers. This is the second time we've chosen a refurbisher across the Channel and the second time we've had problems. So this will be the last.

The product for me is not a very good grade, it has a ruined screen, a film already applied which is also ruined. The casing is scratched and in some places peeling. I am not satisfied
