Being a gift for Christmas, it has not been tried yet. The delivery arrived as expected in 48 hours (very fast). I would just have one criticism, and I did not expect it at all, it arrived in a shoe box (certainly well protected by bubble wrap but for the price I find it is average because it is to offer. I know it's reconditioned but it should be in more presentable boxes. I hope it will work well.

It's going great! I had a problem because I thought it was not working, but it was my HDMI cable that was wrong and the attention at all times by the site has been great. I have already bought several times here and will continue to buy, without any problems.

Product conforms and in good condition (just had to reinstall windows via the integrated hp tool), delivery on time, and total satisfaction for this HP Gaming Pavilion whose 512 GB SSD is pleasant to quickly launch games that require a lot of disk space

Ordered Google Chromecast, unfortunately the product was disappointing. It took a while to find the easiest way to get in touch with customer service, but after finding this, the return procedure was nicely explained and the money has since been returned. Well organised, giving confidence to place another order here.
