Back Market has done it again! Having purchased a refurbished phone from them a couple of years ago, when my Inspire 2 needed replacing I purchased an Inspire 3. Hands up, I did try the warehouse division of a well known online retailer first, god knows why. Their item arrived in a crushed box, missing info leaflet, and a charger which did not fit the device. It went back immediately which was when I thought to look on Back Market. Hurrah! The item arrived faster than promised, in perfect condition, with the correct charger, and full information. Thank you and Back Market is my go-to place for tech from now on.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 in excellent condition, but I’m almost certain I received a brand new phone. Battery health is 100% and wasn’t as much as a smudge on the entire device. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and it’s working perfectly so far.

It's a really good phone the google pixel 7 and for the price really good value. I was just a little bit disappointed that the phone came wrapped in bubble wrap and didn't have its original box , it was in a larger that it was delivered in but the phone wasn't secured very well.It hasn't affected the phone to be fair so it's a minor issue. Overall very happy.

I bought this because I needed a phone for travel, and I thought the Galaxy A05 seemed like a low cost but high quality phone. The e phone arrived just 2 days after I purchased it, and based on the packaging and the appearance of the phone, anyone would think it was brand new. I was very impressed. The only downsides are A) the phone is a bit slow, especially when you first restart it. It’s not frustratingly slow though, so I manage. And B) The camera is a bit lower quality than I’d expected, but I am so pleased with Samsung (I’ve had iphones for the past 13 years!) and when I am ready for an upgrade I will surely purchase through Back Market again

Wonderful service, my tablet arrived on time, fully charged and ready to go. The condition-although I had opted for"good"- was actually excellent. I am delighted with my tablet having previously bought a Samsung mobile two weeks ago. I highly recommend Backmarket.

Phone arrived well before I was expecting it. Samsung S23 was in amazing condition. Was a bit concerned the battery may not hold its charge but it turns out the battery is great too! Liked the communication from ordering to delivery. There aren't many businesses out there getting it all so right- thank you
