Great phone delivered on time. 100% functional apart from the android 13 update which I can't get via the phone settings. Could I have some help with this please?

Received very quickly. The purchase was made in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the phone is perfect. This is my 3rd reconditioned phone but the 2nd time with back market. If there are no surprises with this phone I already know where to order my next phone.

Delivery service is great, I received it quite quickly (3 days) The battery is quite limited, I don't know if it's basic or reconditioned. Otherwise, perfect phone! Also, the packaging in two layers of bubble wrap is maybe not enough.

The person I gave this phone to is very happy with the value for money, she had lost her previous one and was very happy to find the same model with all the features she was familiar with.

Alles bestens, sind zu 100% zufrieden Eine Frage : verkauft ihr auch refurbished lap-tops, evtl von HP, WICHTIG wäre, dass er schnell ist...

Bon téléphone. L'écran clignote de temps en temps mais ça ne gêne pas pour le moment. Il y a des applis qui ne veulent pas s'installer et le capteur d'empreintes ne fonctionne que très rarement...dommage !

Portable Etat Parfait comme indiqué, rien à dire. Par conte, le câble USB de chargement (neuf) fourni (USB <-> USB C) est de piètre qualité (chargement extrément lent etseulement si brancher sur un chargeur, sur mon PC, pas de chargement). J'ai dû en acheter un autre.
