The Xiaomi redmi note 8 pro is like new and works very well as does the Nintendo Switch Super Mario Deluxe 8 pack (everything was perfectly stored in its place and in perfect condition). I am converted to refurbished which in my case on backmarket it turned out to be a very good experience and the icing on the cake ultra fast shipping. Thank you 👏

I'm not happy. I've bought 2 phones in 2 months and both need to be returned. I hope this doesn't happen again, I've spent far too much time and inconvenience for back market to be worthwhile.

Very disappointed by the seller who told customer service that my computer had taken a shock and was therefore no longer guaranteed, even though it was not my PC. No commercial gesture was made by the backmarket service while I was deprived of my item for over a month and once recovered broken by the seller. Very unhappy

The battery has certainly not been reconditioned (and therefore changed), the battery life is mediocre and the phone does not last all day even with limited use. Very disappointed

Puisque vous insistez, Le téléphone que j'ai acheté chez vous n'était pas bien collé à l'arrière, la coque au niveau de la batterie se décollait. J'ai du déboursé 25€ pour la faire recoller et encore, ça se redécolle. La pièce posée est comme gondolée m'a dit le réparateur sur place. Génial !

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro in midnight green and am extremely disappointed to find that I received a grey iPhone instead. This error is unacceptable for the price I paid for this product and I cannot understand how this could happen.
