Everything absolutely fine, nicely packed, good communication, device in good condition. Only point of improvement: the pin to open the SIM slide is not standard in the package.

The products are always impeccable, unfortunately in most cases Korean-made Samsung Galaxy are delivered which do not support Samsung Wallet and are excluded from Italian support.

The phone is in very good condition: screen... On the other hand, the touch side of the phone is unreliable. The right side of the screen does not respond well. This leads to typing errors and having to start the message again, or errors in the PIN code. Sometimes you have to press 15 times in the same place to get the character to register... As it took me a long time to get it up and running after I received it, the return time had passed...

Although it's not possible to get someone on the phone when you suddenly want to ask for information, I'm still satisfied with my experience with BackMarket. It's true that the online purchase and delivery were very quick. Good value for money for my tablet. But the version was not mentioned in the description on the site. I think you should add it. On the other hand, I'm struggling to access the site where you have to register for the insurance even though I've paid for it. What's the solution if I can't access this site even with your technical help? I didn't have to do this for my previous purchase.

The phone works perfectly, the condition is excellent. received a little less than a week ago, so far so good! the delivery time was respected, everything was well packaged. The only small problem was that the colour was not what was displayed (it was black instead of green). I didn't care because I urgently needed a new phone that worked, so I kept it.

When we received the phone and had to transfer the data from the old one, it was clear from the model that it was different from the original (slow, light and phone size) unlike the original.
