Phone looks as good as new. I'm very happy with the price I paid. Quick delivery. I bought the Google Pixel 4a for its Esim ability, for upcoming trip, so I haven't used it much or fully switched over to it.. but it's a phone and I'm confident it'll preform like its supposed too. Backmarket gets 10/10 from me, would highly recommend them.

Excellent quality lovely neat phone that I can hold instead of the usual monster phones these days. Only gripe is that the battery life is not quite as long as my previous phone. No problems with the recycled phone though it's in perfect order.

I am very pleased with my first experience with a refurbished phone. I received a phone in perfect condition. The packaging was minimalist to avoid waste, which is great. I kept my old phone for over 6 years so the change was radical and I don't regret it at all. The Google pixel 5 phone is very smooth and easy to use and the photo quality is breathtaking. I recommend with my eyes closed! Thanks Backmarket 🙌

Le produit est arrivé en parfait état comme convenu. Il n’y avait aucune micro rayure, rien ! J’étais agréablement surprise. J’avais en effet peur car c’était la première fois que j’achetai en reconditionné, mais je suis absolument pas déçu. Le téléphone est comme neuf. Je conseille vraiment !!

The phone was very well packaged and protected. The phone is visually in very good condition. The phone is in very good condition visually and I have no problems using it at the moment. The only downside I can mention is the insurance for breakage. The only downside is that the insurance is very expensive, and the company offers a 15€ discount on the purchase of a protective shell as a gift for subscribing to the insurance. But in the proposed products, none for the Google pixel 6! I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I'm very happy with the service.

It exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I read a lot of reviews and was a little worried. But the Apple watch arrived in perfect condition, brand new, with no damage. With its original packaging, charger, spotless, protected and 100% new strap. Very very satisfied with the purchase. It's worth choosing the "excellent" quality and making sure of the quality.

This is not the first time I have bought an Apple Watch from this website, this is the third one, but the previous ones I had to return because I bought them in excellent condition and I received one of terrible quality and I had to return it, the second one I also bought in excellent quality and I received one in acceptable condition, I needed a watch of these qualities so I was hesitating to buy another one from this site because with my previous experiences I didn't feel like it, but I took the risk and bought this one and the truth when I received it I couldn't believe it, the package was very well packed, the watch was brand new in its original box and with all the original accessories, in other words, brand new. After my experiences, I realized that the previous purchases were made from the same seller, I don't want to give his name but I do not recommend him to anyone.

It is quite amazing, the product arrived just ontime. To my greatest surprise no single sign of scratches, look very new, excellent purchase. The seller took good Care of the phone, Kudos.It really exceeded my expectations. I am happy.

Perfect order and delivery all round On the other hand, I find myself in settings with the number 1 as an important message and Apple reports an unknown part, which makes it impossible to check the screen on my i phone. This part must not be genuine and its installation is incomplete. I'm simply trying to find a solution to get rid of the message that appears regularly and the number 1 that indicates a malfunction. Otherwise everything is perfect and my iPhone works perfectly. Thank you very much All the best. Bertrand
