the cable that comes with it isn't the best quality (data-wise) but is ok for charging (I don't know how many watts though), as this model has no 3.5mm jack for the headphones, I think the usb-c to jack adapter wasn't supplied with it...

The phone is fine. The only thing is that when I call I can hear it very bad. The purchase was very good, the customer service and delivery very good.

the battery is dead, when I put it on charge, whether it's 20% or 5%, the battery drops to 2% and remains stuck for 30/40min. Apart from that it's fine

Phone received on 18/01/2023 Nothing to say about the delivery, but the phone had problems right from the start. It switched itself off, sometimes several times in a row. This was no longer a problem, because on Friday 15 December, when I plugged it into the charger, it simply fried. A big 'boom' and a strong smell of burning. Not even a year of use and it's good to go. 380€ down the drain. Very very very disappointed!

When it arrived, everything was fine, slight signs of wear and tear, very decent screen, everything worked correctly. A week later a few pixels on the screen started to go out and as the days went by more and more, as I was happy with the mobile instead of returning it I sent it for repair, and here came my bad experience. They returned it to me with a screen that has deep scratches all over the surface, which apparently they tried to polish with a very bad result, with whitish areas and a rough touch. I tried to complain and the response was that they had determined that I had purchased the phone with signs of wear and tear and small scratches. Conclusion; reconditioned is fine but the repairs are crap.
