iPhone 13 received 48 hours after ordering. Impeccable condition, truly like new. I encourage everyone to buy refurbished like this. No need to buy new. This isn't my first Backmarket purchase and it won't be my last. Thank you for your support.

iPhone we know. A priori reliable and efficient. 1st experience of refurbishing at Backmarket after a big disappointment elsewhere with a device from another brand. We'll have to see how our iPhone 14 performs over time. I usually keep them for 6 years.

I ordered an iPhone 13 in premium condition from BackMarket, which implies that the product is visually flawless, almost as good as new. On receipt, I noticed a tiny impact on the chassis. It's not too serious and doesn't affect use, but for premium condition, I was expecting a really impeccable finish. On the other hand, there were no scratches elsewhere, which is very positive. When transferring my data from my old iPhone 11, I encountered an error on the first attempt, which meant I had to start all over again. Fortunately, the second attempt worked without a hitch, and the transfer went through fairly quickly in the end. The only real disappointment was the 93% battery status. For a 'premium' model, I was expecting a higher percentage, ideally close to 100%, so I found that a little surprising. That said, overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. You have to bear in mind that this is a refurbished product, not a new one from the factory, so you have to have realistic expectations. iPhone 14 ordered in premium, received in perfect condition, no signs of wear, screen impeccable, battery is 100%. The transfer between my old iPhone and this one was done in 10 minutes without any problems. Shipment was extremely fast, expected date 4/5 June, arrived on the 3rd via DPD, unlike other people no worries with the deliveryman here For a first purchase in refurbished I am extremely satisfied, to see in time ☺️

First order for a refurbished laptop. I ordered the iPhone 13 in perfect condition. Very fast delivery, I received it the day after I placed my order! I'm actually very satisfied with the phone. No scratches, it works perfectly, camera ok, audio ok! And 100% battery life! It's a like-new phone. I've always bought my iPhones new but I'm sorry I invested so much money knowing the quality of refurbished phones at a lower cost! Of course I'll have to wait and see if there are any unpleasant surprises, but for the moment I'd give it a score of 5/5!

I ordered an iPhone 13 Mini with 256 GB in "very good" condition with a standard battery. Received yesterday 04/01/2025; Apple Iphone 12 Pro 128 G colour Pacific Blue refurbished. I took it in perfect condition: my battery is 100% and indeed, no scratches are visible (except a scratch around the SIM input; insignificant). I installed all my old applications quickly, no bugs and the camera was top notch! 12-month commercial warranty, so we'll see what comes of it. I'm really pleased with this purchase!
