iPhone 13 received 48 hours after ordering. Impeccable condition, truly like new. I encourage everyone to buy refurbished like this. No need to buy new. This isn't my first Backmarket purchase and it won't be my last. Thank you for your support.

First purchase on back market. My choice was an iphone 14 128go in premium finish. From order to delivery I was not disappointed. Delivery time respected, decent packaging for a phone (a little bubble wrap in the box would have been a plus for transport). Since the phone was put into service, there have been no unpleasant surprises, the phone works perfectly well. The battery is 100% charged. You should think about buying an iPhone-compatible charger (not included in the package). For the time being, I'm very satisfied with this back market purchase and if things continue like this, I'll certainly be ordering again. A small gesture for the environment and my wallet.

First order for a refurbished laptop. I ordered the iPhone 13 in perfect condition. Very fast delivery, I received it the day after I placed my order! I'm actually very satisfied with the phone. No scratches, it works perfectly, camera ok, audio ok! And 100% battery life! It's a like-new phone. I've always bought my iPhones new but I'm sorry I invested so much money knowing the quality of refurbished phones at a lower cost! Of course I'll have to wait and see if there are any unpleasant surprises, but for the moment I'd give it a score of 5/5!
