For my first experience of a refurbished purchase, I was a little scared. It's an Apple watch Ultra2 for €642 including postage. New price 1100€. I placed my order on Monday afternoon, and BackMarket's tracking was perfect. At midday on Wednesday I received a call from the DHL Express delivery man telling me that the watch was going to be delivered to me, one day before the scheduled date. With a little apprehension I opened the parcel, the box containing the watch, which is of the same quality as the Apple watch, is well protected. The USB charger and cable are present. I open the white box and discover the jewel. IT'S BRAND NEW! Clean, no signs of use. It's on my charger, and I can't wait to set it up. I have to say that I was a bit sceptical at first, as it was my first time buying a refurbished product. Once I received my iPad Air 13" M2 I immediately changed my mind. It arrived in the estimated time, packed to perfection (although not in its original packaging). Once I started it up, I immediately realised that what I considered to be a possible purchase error, turned out to be the bargain of the year! Now that I have positively tested Backmarket, I think it will be the first place I will turn to for future purchases.

First experience of both Back Market and buying a refurbished smartphone. What can I say everything perfect from the site that offers various types of refurbished ( took excellent ) without any scratches practically perfect. The battery with 100% capacity careful shipping packaging with the smartphone well protected. I will also be taking a second device shortly, this time I will be evaluating an Apple Watch hoping to have a second excellent experience
