For my first experience of a refurbished purchase, I was a little scared. It's an Apple watch Ultra2 for €642 including postage. New price 1100€. I placed my order on Monday afternoon, and BackMarket's tracking was perfect. At midday on Wednesday I received a call from the DHL Express delivery man telling me that the watch was going to be delivered to me, one day before the scheduled date. With a little apprehension I opened the parcel, the box containing the watch, which is of the same quality as the Apple watch, is well protected. The USB charger and cable are present. I open the white box and discover the jewel. IT'S BRAND NEW! Clean, no signs of use. It's on my charger, and I can't wait to set it up. I have to say that I was a bit sceptical at first, as it was my first time buying a refurbished product. Once I received my iPad Air 13" M2 I immediately changed my mind. It arrived in the estimated time, packed to perfection (although not in its original packaging). Once I started it up, I immediately realised that what I considered to be a possible purchase error, turned out to be the bargain of the year! Now that I have positively tested Backmarket, I think it will be the first place I will turn to for future purchases.

I am very, very satisfied. My new refurbished iPhone really has no signs of use. It corresponds exactly to the description and arrived quickly. Great value for money, it couldn't be better!

In 15 days of use, nothing to report, everything works perfectly. I recommend the product, a very nice iPad, especially for the first Apple tablet.
