Hola! Es la primera vez que compró un móvil reacondicionado.. En principio tube mis dudas y la verdad, un poco de miedo. Pero... sorpresa... El móvil llegó 2 días antes de la fecha prevista.. Mi hijo lo abrio ansioso:la caja intacta con sus pegatinas como si nunca fue abierta, la pantalla sin un rasguño, la batería 100℅ , tenía lo cargador+ cable, en definitiva.. nuevo. Por ahora la batería aguanta 1 día, pero mi hijo le da mucha caña. Estamos contentos. Espero q le aguante bastante tiempo.

The first time I bought a refurbished mobile phone, I was unsure at the beginning but it was all jnlompliziert my mobile phone works perfectly has no scratches etc.. Ich war sehr überrascht in welchem guten Zustand das Handy war. Kein einziger Kratzer gewesen. Als ob ich ein nagelneues Smartphone in der Hand halten würde. Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Es war unsere erste Bestellung bei Black Market und mit Sicherheit nicht die letzte. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen….

The product came very well packaged; it was a gift and looked like it had just come from the factory. The quality was just as expected from the airpods 2019. Après un problème technique de mon i phone j’ai reçu un nouveau téléphone il y a 3 jours. Il est parfait, rien a redire. Merci le reconditionnement 👍😉

Fred sigue ocupándose de mi felicidad, pero con emails no replay, llegó a tiempo, pero la información era errónea y el móvil llegó antes de que Fred se enterara de cual era el problema con la cancelación del envío. Seguro que pueden mejorar. Producto muy bien, llegó a tiempo, la información fué preocuoante la factura con Iva perjudicial para las empresas y profesionales, yo contaba con 40+ y resultó 5€.

Aprés une expérience mitigé sur mon premier reconditionné ,j 'ai décidé de persister grâce à l'efficacité du sav Backmarket.Et alors là c est pas comme neuf, c'est neuf !! j'avoue je n'arrive pas à trouver le moindre défaut. En plus capacité batterie à 100% sérieusement je me demande si ça n'est pas un neuf. Merci au reconditionneur et à Backmarket
