Hello Following my purchase of an IPhone 14 pro 128go, I noticed black spots on some photos, coming from the camera. I think the camera is damaged. What can you do? Best regards.

In my experience I recommend buying from blackmarket, and I recommend buying your phone in "excellent" condition, to get a good result, in my case the seller was "FILICASH" and the phone is in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase, I bought an iphone 13 pro in "excellent" condition and it arrived in this condition, I think all the parts are original and especially the screen looks in perfect condition and has true tone, after using it this week, the phone works perfectly and I have not had any errors, it works perfectly.

3rd time I've picked up an iPhone in perfect condition, and as always, there's no sign of wear. Yes, the battery is at 85% of its original capacity, but on a phone that's 3 years old, that's quite normal. It's still a very good phone that lasts all day.

I'm delighted with my new phone, I couldn't have hoped for more at this price! It's as good as new.

This is the second phone I've tried to buy from you and it's been extremely disappointing. The first just didn't work at all!! and this one's performance is absolutely unsatisfactory. the battery doesn't even last half a day, it doesn't pick up the phone network and mobile network properly, it doesn't recognise when it's plugged in to be charged, the speaker doesn't work. Your functional tests must not be good. Out of two articles, both are disappointing. This really upsets me. It's not normal when you claim to be the leading retailer of refurbished products!

Perfect for a second-hand mobile, but one that I found expensive in the end. For a few euros more, I would have had a new one.

The phone was supposed to be black but I received a white one because the first one was faulty. In exchange I got a free protective glass! Banger really ❤️

Product is exactly what you'd expect, with a new battery but it's not original and the Apple device doesn't recognise it.

This is my second time buying a mobile with Back market and I am delighted. The first time I was weird and insecure when ordering, I tried very well and this time I have not had any doubts. Highly recommended

I ordered a Galaxy S22 ultra which doesn't hold the battery too well (no problem with that, really), but it overheats too much and doesn't pick up the internet outside at all. I did all the tests to see if it was due to my SIM, but it turned out not to be. So I sent the phone back to the Filicash seller and asked for a refund. Everything went fine, the seller picked up the parcel until he told Back Market that it wasn't the same phone and that the SIM was different, a joke, so I'm going to make the necessary arrangements.
