3rd time I've picked up an iPhone in perfect condition, and as always, there's no sign of wear. Yes, the battery is at 85% of its original capacity, but on a phone that's 3 years old, that's quite normal. It's still a very good phone that lasts all day.

The usage time of my iPhone 12 mini is wrong. Today, I have used my phone for 15 minutes and if I go to "Usage time" it says that I have been using it for 8 hours. It's an error that I can't fix.

Thank you for the opportunity to address my concerns. While I appreciate the quality of the product, I must express my disappointment regarding my request. I specifically requested a dual SIM + eSIM configuration, but I received only 1 physical SIM + eSIM. This oversight has impacted my full appreciation. Thank you

Everything is great. The order arrived ahead of schedule. The phone has no scratches, absolutely nothing. Maybe the only downside would be that the battery health comes to 89%, but considering that I bought the "very good" option I'm not complaining.

Everything went well so far 👍, the mobile phone had a very small scratch when it arrived, but as it was a birthday present, I couldn't return it. It went down really well 😊. My daughter was happy. There's just one small technical problem, but I can't describe it because I'm not very tech-savvy.

Hello, the condition of the laptop is as described, you can't tell the difference from a new one. However, I'm very disappointed with the battery life, which doesn't last a day without intensive use.... The battery has not been changed?!?! You're satisfied even though the battery performance is very poor, which is a fundamental factor for a laptop......🤒

The phone was supposed to be black but I received a white one because the first one was faulty. In exchange I got a free protective glass! Banger really ❤️

This is the second phone I've tried to buy from you and it's been extremely disappointing. The first just didn't work at all!! and this one's performance is absolutely unsatisfactory. the battery doesn't even last half a day, it doesn't pick up the phone network and mobile network properly, it doesn't recognise when it's plugged in to be charged, the speaker doesn't work. Your functional tests must not be good. Out of two articles, both are disappointing. This really upsets me. It's not normal when you claim to be the leading retailer of refurbished products!
