It’s a nice phone but for some unknown reason it won’t let me put my details in to get my I cloud stuff it keeps saying wrong email, I know it’s not your fault but apart from that it’s a nice great condition phone

Everything about this is wondrous. Underplaying the 'fair' condition leaves me with what feels like a brand new MacBook and the battery is awesome too. At this price I am just so glad I found Back Market. Case is fab too.

The protective screen is not the best as the fingerprint area only works some of the time. I have bought other protective screens that work better. the plastic case is very much more expensive than similar cases on e bay etc.

The protective case is not an especially tight fit, so bits of the phone have a tendency to 'pop out' in your pocket. Meanwhile the silicon screens are so thick that I cannot actually get fingerprint recognition to work at all.

my new refurbished s25 is brilliant great service arrived safely. the case however not so good.

The phone case is fine the 2 protective screens would have been more useful and helpful had they been fitted to the screen and not left loose as they are virtually impossible to fit if you have to do it once or twice and unlikely to be fitted accurately.

I bought an S23 for my wife she is very happy with it & I plan to buy another one for myself soon .

I applied to screen protector following a video but still found the backspace key didn't work and the finger print. I've had to remove from my phone
